Hi! My name is Payton and this is my dessert business. I'm 17 years old and I love to bake. I deliver fresh desserts to my friends, neighbors, and clients. In addition, I cater for parties and events.
When I was 10, I was on the Food Network T.V. Show called "The Kids Baking Championship" More recently, I gave a TEDx talk about staying true to yourself, which you can watch here.
I've attended many cooking classes and hope to be a pastry chef. I trained at Les Bernard in Vichy, France, and cooked at 25 Lusk, Town Hall, Slanted Door, and Namu with the Executive Chefs. Sprouts Cooking Club gave me
opportunities to cook with these fantastic chefs. Now, I am on the Board of Directors of Sprouts. I teach cooking classes and donate to them. When I studied at Celsius and Beyond's "Top Chef" Camp, I baked with the daughter of the founder's of La Boulange. I have taught baking classes at Pottery Barn Teen and was awarded "Extraordinary Teen" for PBTeen for helping others through my business.
Some of the many desserts I make are chocolate cake, peanut butter fudge, chocolate eclairs, carrot cake, pumpkin cupcakes, vanilla cake with a strawberry reduction, chocolate mousse pie, cream puffs, gluten free pizzelles, and many more.
